ABV Investments Ltd was incorporated and authorized to carry out activity as an investment intermediary in 1999. The Company is registered in the Commercial Register under UIC 121886369. The company’s registered office and head office are at 20 Tsar Asen Str., Varna.
ABV Investments Ltd is under the supervision of the Financial Supervision Commission in the Republic of Bulgaria. The Company holds a license issued by the Financial Supervision Commission No РГ-03-190/20.02.2019 for carrying out the investment services and activities under Article 6, para. 2, item 1- 7 of the Law on Markets in Financial Instruments and ancillary services under Article 6, para. 3, item 1- 7 of the same law. As a licensed investment intermediary, ABV Investments Ltd participates in the Investor Compensation Fund in Bulgaria.
ABV Investments Ltd provides a wide range of services to its clients, including reception and execution of orders for purchase or sale of financial instruments, placement of securities, custody services, carrying out the functions of a bondholders’ trustee, etc. The license granted enables the Company to deal on its own account as well as to provide underwriting of financial instruments.
ABV Investments Ltd is a member of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and the multilateral trading facility MTF SOFIA. The Company is a member and a registration agent of the Central Depository PLC.
The sole owner of ABV Investments Ltd is Industry Development Holding PLC, whose shares are traded on the main market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange with BSE code 6R1. Within the group of Industry Development Holding PLC there are also a special purpose investment vehicle securitizing real estate and a management company licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission managing two mutual funds.
